The Report from an LCMS Task Force on Synod Structure and Governance is available online: (http://www.lcms.org/pages/internal.asp?NavID=15930). In preparation for a February regional deligate meeting where comments to these recommendations can, potentially, alter the report offered at the summer Synodical Convention, I'd like to make available to our membership this document for review and the invitation to gather and provide input, with other circuit congregations, to your convention deligates, John Hall and myself, and the alternate deligates Jack Ficken and Rev. Shaw. If you plan to attend the Forum, please bring pertinent pages of the document and your thoughts to the Jan. 24th meeting. Please RSVP if you plan to attend on the 24th so that we can know what to expect and, potentially, gang rides.
